How do I know if I qualify?

You must be an active duty patrolling officer that has not yet received a Blue Belt in BJJ. Federal agents, Border Patrol, and Correctional Officers do not qualify.

How does reimbursement work?

We are reimbursing through PayPal. Reimbursements are made after 4 weeks of consecutive training. If you fail to complete the required training, you will not be reimbursed for that month.

When is my check in post due?

Two check in posts are due by Sunday of every week. The week runs from Monday to Sunday.

If I miss a week of training, can I make up for it?

We will absolutely work with you if you tell us prior to the end of the week. We need to be informed if you cannot check in for any week.

What if I need to go away for an extended period of time for injury, work or Military training?

If you are going to miss more then 8 weeks of training, we will ask you to submit a new application when you return.

Will I still qualify for reimbursement if I miss any check in posts?

If you miss more than 1 week per month, you will not qualify for reimbursement.

Can I change the gym I wish to train at?

You can but you must let us know so we can update our records.

Is my gym an affiliate?

You can see a map of all our affiliate gyms under the Affiliate Gyms tab on this website.

How can I help get my gym to become an affiliate?

We ask that you let your gym know about our program and that we are interested in having them become an affiliate. If they wish to learn more please direct them to this website. There is also an affiliate gym application if they would like expedite the process.

What do I do if I get injured on duty or cannot train?

You are required to tell us if you cannot train for any reason. If you miss your weekly check in and have not informed us, you will get a strike against your sponsorship. After 3 strikes, you will no longer be eligible for sponsorship.

What if I get diagnosed with covid-19 or there is an exposure at my gym?

If you are diagnosed and quarantined or your gym closes for any extended period of time that prevents you from training, you are required to inform us so you don't receive any strikes against your sponsorship.

What happens when I receive my Blue Belt?

Our sponsorship and reimbursement will come to an end once you receive your Blue Belt. Of course, you may continue training on your own if you wish.
